La science a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 ce que la sagesse des anciens savait d\u00e9j\u00e0, en amenant plus de pr\u00e9cision sur ce qui se passe \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de notre cerveau, notre corps et au niveau des fr\u00e9quences que nous \u00e9mettons.<\/p>\n<p><b>Effets sur l\u2019organisme<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Une pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re \u00e0 un effet sur l\u2019activit\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ainsi que sur la structure m\u00eame du cerveau. Il en r\u00e9sulte un \u00e9paississement de la mati\u00e8re grise dans des zones d\u00e9terminantes pour l\u2019attention (cortex cingulaire et pr\u00e9fontal), la r\u00e9gulation interne de nos \u00e9motions (insula et amygdale), ainsi que la m\u00e9moire (hippocampe), en passant par le renforcement de la mati\u00e8re blanche permettant l\u2019interconnection des neurones formant la mati\u00e8re grise.<\/p>\n<p>Ses effets sur la sant\u00e9 sont \u00e9galement probants : renforcement du syst\u00e8me immunitaire, soulagement de la douleur, r\u00e9duction et meilleure gestion du stress, diminution importante des sympt\u00f4mes de passablement de \u00ab pathologies \u00bb physiques et mentales, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nous m\u00e9ditons tout le temps<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une forme de m\u00e9ditation est l\u2019\u00e9quivalant de focaliser son attention sur une ou des pens\u00e9es en particulier. On peut dire que d\u2019une fa\u00e7on ou d\u2019une autre, on m\u00e9dite constamment. On m\u00e9dite sur le pass\u00e9, les probl\u00e8mes hypoth\u00e9tiques du futur, les remontrances, la peur, les regrets, tout ce qui ne va pas et nous pr\u00e9occupe. Nous le faisons en boucle, jour apr\u00e8s jour. Alors pourquoi ne pas d\u00e9cider de focaliser son attention, ou l\u00e2cher prise r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sur cette forme de m\u00e9ditation d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8re \u00e0 notre fonctionnement, notre cerveau et notre sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019avais lu dans un article l\u2019analogie relevant que m\u00e9diter ou s\u2019octroyer des moments de pleine conscience devrait faire partie de notre hygi\u00e8ne de vie tout comme se brosser les dents. L\u2019\u00eatre humain n\u2019est pas n\u00e9 avec une brosse \u00e0 dent dans la bouche mais a appris \u00e0 le faire. C\u2019est devenu une habitude non n\u00e9gociable pour chasser la bact\u00e9rie, ne pas finir \u00e9dent\u00e9 ou avoir une haleine de chacal. Et fondamentalement, prendre soin de soi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thomas Edison<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un exemple est celui du brillant inventeur Thomas Edison. Avant que la science de les d\u00e9couvre, il utilisait d\u00e9j\u00e0 les fr\u00e9quences Alpha et Th\u00eata. Ces fr\u00e9quences sont par exemple li\u00e9es \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et l\u2019apprentissage. Edison se relaxait dans un fauteuil en tenant des roulements \u00e0 billes dans ses mains, se laissant emporter peu \u00e0 peu vers le sommeil. Lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019endormait ses mains l\u00e2chaient les roulements \u00e0 billes, heurtant des plaques de laiton pos\u00e9es sur le sol. Ce fracas le ramenait \u00e0 lui. C\u2019\u00e9tait son moyen pour se rendre aux fronti\u00e8res du sommeil sans pour autant s\u2019endormir. Lui permettant ainsi de changer ses fr\u00e9quences, \u00e9tablir de nouvelles connexions, laisser place \u00e0 des ressources ignor\u00e9es pour r\u00e9soudre un probl\u00e8me ou comprendre une id\u00e9e. La technique d\u2019Edison \u00e9tait bas\u00e9e sur la relaxation et le l\u00e2cher prise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les fr\u00e9quences<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les milliards de neurones de notre cerveau \u00e9mettent constamment des signaux \u00e9lectrochimiques. L\u2019influx nerveux fonctionne en relative coh\u00e9rence et de fa\u00e7on rythmique. Ces ondes sont mesur\u00e9es en Herz. La neuroscience les a identifi\u00e9es en 5 cat\u00e9gories principales :<\/p>\n<p>Gamma 32-80 Hz :<br \/>\nEtat avec un haut niveau de processus cognitif, haute activit\u00e9 mentale.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>Permet une conscience et une perception \u00e9lev\u00e9es, capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8me \u00e9lev\u00e9e, peak focus. Observ\u00e9es \u00e9galement chez des m\u00e9ditants de longue date et moines bouddhistes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>B\u00eata 13-32Hz :<br \/>\nEtat \u00e9veill\u00e9, alerte et attentif, activit\u00e9s quotidiennes.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>R\u00e9flexion et conversation, attention sur une t\u00e2che, prise de d\u00e9cision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alpha 8-13 Hz :<br \/>\nEtat de relaxation physique et mentale mais encore en \u00e9veil, m\u00e9ditation l\u00e9g\u00e8re ou pleine conscience, stade avant de s\u2019endormir.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>Am\u00e9lioration des capacit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage et cr\u00e9atives, r\u00e9duction du stress, la passerelle vers une conscience \u00e9largie. Trouv\u00e9es en grande proportion chez les gens ayant un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit positif, durant des activit\u00e9s cardiovasculaires telles la marche, le jogging &#8211; ou en \u00e9coutant de la musique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Th\u00eata 4-8 Hz :<br \/>\nEtat tr\u00e8s relax\u00e9, m\u00e9ditation profonde, hypnose ou sommeil l\u00e9ger.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>Favorise la consolidation de la m\u00e9moire, la neuroplasticit\u00e9, connexion au subconscient, intuition, boosteur du syst\u00e8me immunitaire, haute cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Delta 0.5-4 Hz :<br \/>\nEtat de sommeil profond, sans r\u00eaves.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>Sommeil r\u00e9parateur indispensable \u00e0 la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>En conclusion<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Toute forme de m\u00e9ditation et de pleine conscience \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 prendre soin de soi. C\u2019est s\u2019offrir la possibilit\u00e9 de se recentrer, se connecter, \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent ici et maintenant. En plus de permettre \u00e0 notre cerveau ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 notre corps de faire le reset n\u00e9cessaire pour \u00eatre plus performants, et se r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer en \u00e9mettant des signaux \u00e9lectrochimiques favorables \u00e0 notre organisme. C\u2019est aussi mettre en sourdine les jacassements de notre mental pour pouvoir entendre les chuchotements de notre \u00eatre, laisser \u00e9merger notre cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, des solutions, poser des intentions et augmenter notre taux vibratoire.<\/p>\n<p>Nul besoin d\u2019y passer des heures ou d\u2019y d\u00e9dier tout un protocole compliqu\u00e9 sujet \u00e0 bouleversement selon notre emploi du temps.
