WHAT IS IT?

Brain based coaching is a real booster to self-development and the achievement of projects and aspirations. It takes you to new heights, enabling you to see the forest rather than the individual trees. Therefore you can set the right itinerary that guarantees to take you where you want to be.

Often, juggling alone with our brain and its reflexes, along with the limitation of our own perceptions and their outcomes, looks like an uphill battle.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

It’s a 3-step process (option-strategy-action) aiming to reach one or more specific goals.

In the same way that one would prepare for a road trip, it starts with defining the destination (goal), then coming up with the best steps to get to it (strategy). Lastly, the logistics (actions), together with the optimisation of the luggage (resources and capacities) are implemented step by step until the final destination is reached. The bonus is having the travel agency (your coach) in your suitcase during the whole trip!

With tools and techniques based on neuroscience research amongst others, you will be able to:
